How long will it take to receive my
order ? |

The processing and delivery time
is approx 2-3 weeks once we have received confirmation
of your payment.

What kind of photos are suitable
for the engraving ? |
| |
We usually work with photos sent to us via the internet.
We prefer to work with JPEG format and the size
of the file should be between 100 Kbytes and 250 Kbytes
per picture. These photos can either be scanned or
downloaded from your digital camera.
Photos can be colour or black and white, it will
not influence the engraving result. If you send us
photos via mail, we can work with any size from A4
to passport size. We will scan the photo for you and
mail it back to you together with the product.
Note:
The quality of the photo is directly linked to the
quality of the engraving. Please avoid photos that
are blurry, over or under exposed. Also, for better
result, the subject should not be too far away.

In any case, should your photos present
any concern, a technician will contact you within 24
hours.

Can I engrave several people
on the same item ? |
| |
Yes.
Depending on the size of the product you choose, you
could engrave a whole family on a key ring. For example,
you could engrave on the oval key ring ref K05/06 up
to 10 faces (5 on each side). On our biggest pendent
MG08 or MS08, you could engrave up to 8 people (4 on
each side).

Keep in mind that the more engraved
space you allow for a face, the better the result will
be. This is why we will not engrave more than 2 faces
per side on smaller medals like MH01 and only one face
on medals like MG03.

Note:
The maximum of faces you can engrave on a product will
be specified to you on this website during the ordering
process.

If I want
to engrave several people on the same object, do they
have to be on the same picture ? |

Not necessarily.
You can send us as many different photos as there are
people to engrave. Our technicians will organise the
set-up so that once engraved, they look like they had
been altogether on the same photograph.

How is the
photo going to be cropped ? |

Your photo is going to be cropped
in order to give you the best results possible. We therefore
concentrate on the face (we do not engrave the body
unless you request it). We also remove the background
in order to have a much clearer result.

engraving look better on silver or on gold ? |

It does not matter.
The engraving will turn out equally well on either material,
it is simply a matter of personal preference.

Yes, because we engrave with a diamond
head into the product, the engraving will not fade away.
